Maintain, inspect, and repair facilities to include but not limited to carpentry, painting, electrical, mechanical, heat, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC), and plumbing systems to operate at optimum efficiency. While performing the duties of this job, the team member is regularly required to talk, hear, stand, sit, walk, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and move freely throughout the property for duration of scheduled shift.
