Preferred Experience and Technical Skills: Minimum five years related experience in utilities systems maintenance, including demonstrated expertise with clean utility systems (clean steam, WFI, clean compressed air), chillers, boilers, cooling towers, refrigeration systems, emergency generators, and building controls. Lead by example in use of personal protective equipment (PPE), including but not limited to rain gear, chemical protective clothing, respirators, safety harnesses, sand blast hoods, flame retardant coveralls, flash suits, hard hats, ear protection, and safety glasses.
