The Facilities Maintenance Manager will oversee facility operations, preventive maintenance, vendor and contractor coordination, asset management, warranty tracking, Member work orders, pool operations, court maintenance, life safety requirements, and storm preparation. The ideal candidate is hands on when needed but also capable of developing systems, managing priorities, coordinating vendors, maintaining documentation, and building a preventive maintenance program from the ground up.
