Strong communication, judgment, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills, including the ability to work effectively with executive leadership, branch leadership, frontline staff, contractors, vendors, and public safety partners, as well as the ability to use or quickly learn maintenance tracking systems, inventory systems, operational reporting tools, and other electronic or manual systems used to support facilities and security operations. Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance principles, corrective maintenance practices, building systems, operational planning, work control, service delivery, and coordination of project-related work, including core building systems and infrastructure such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, roofing, life-safety systems, building envelope, interiors, and related facilities components.
