A minimum of five years experience in one or more of the following areas: millwright, plumbing/HVAC/electrical; welding; TIG, MIG, stick, gas (SMAW, GMAW, GTAW); appliance installation and repair; commercial kitchen equipment; generators and engines; basic machining. Performs associated facilities services maintenance work as requested, including, but not limited to: snow removal, event setup and cleanup, truck loading and unloading and grounds maintenance.
