This position performs preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, inspections, repairs, and environmental monitoring to ensure facilities operate safely, efficiently, and in compliance with applicable requirements. Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair facility systems and equipment, including HVAC, BMS/BAS controls, plumbing, electrical, lighting, security, pumps, motors, valves, and other mechanical systems.
