The Lead Director Support Professional-Weekend Float (Lead DSP Float) works within a designated number of homes and assists clients with all the activities of daily living, personal cares, and program implementation.

Job Summary:            The Lead Director Support Professional-Weekend Float (Lead DSP Float) works within a designated number of homes and assists clients with all the activities of daily living, personal cares, and program implementation. Responsible for the daily well-being and safety of the clients, while ensuring adequate supervision. Assist with household maintenance and housekeeping and is responsible for various tasks to support the home. Schedule: Fri 2pm-10p, Sat 8a-10p, Sun 8a-10pm      Must work 35 hours weekly Friday-Sunday as a Float Hourly Pay Rate:  $20.00 per hour                    Weekend differential +$2.00 hour for hours between Fri 10pm and Sun 10pm Overnight differential +$1.00 hour for hours between 10pm and 6am ($12.13 per hour sleep hours only when assigned)    $1,500 retention bonus for full-time staff & $750 for part-time staff.  Paid out over 1 year. Essential Job Functions and Key Duties and Responsibilities:<ul><li>Assists clients with daily cares, medical needs and supports, ADLs and mental health supports.</li><li>Assists individuals with a daily routine, providing opportunities for choice and presenting creative options as needed. The daily routine includes, but is not limited to: hygiene, domestic tasks, leisure time usage, grooming, socializing, budgeting, money usage, safety and health, studying, homework completion if applicable, and participating as a member of the community. </li><li>Plans and implements recreation, leisure and community activities.</li><li>Drives to/from and accompanies client/s at appointments and community activities using a company vehicle during all hours of operation.</li><li>Assists individuals supported in establishing and maintaining community relationships and facilitating friendships. </li><li>Demonstrates an understanding of the person as a unique individual and how to implement programs in accordance with the Coordinated Service and Support Plan (CSSP), Coordinated Service and Support Plan Addendum (CSSP-A), and Individual Abuse Prevention Plan.</li><li>Provides person-centered services demonstrated through practice, action, and language.</li><li>Maintains a working knowledge of person(s) history, skills, areas of vulnerabilities, habilitation plans, and emergency procedures. </li><li>Participates in the support team process; assists with developing, and implementing goals.</li><li>Maintains and performs proper administration and documentation of all prescribed medication, treatments, diets, and/or exams, or as otherwise directed by the CSSP and CSSP-A. </li><li>Maintains confidentiality in accordance with HIPPA and MORA policies and procedures. </li><li>Prepare meals following planned menu for clients in the home and complete weekly food ordering as needed and/or scheduled.</li><li>Assists with daily housekeeping and household maintenance.</li><li>Completes house quality improvement assessments and addresses identified issues as needed.</li><li>Ensures adequate supervision of clients, including remaining on shift until a replacement employee arrives.</li><li>Works harmoniously with and shows respect to all internal and external individuals.</li><li>Communicates effectively with others at work verbally and in writing, using the primary spoken language of clients in the home.</li><li>Completes all mandatory training either determined by MORA or 245D regulations.</li><li>Reads and follows company policies and procedures.</li><li>Remains awake at all times unless working an assigned sleeping shift.</li><li>Documents program data and daily log information accurately and in a timely fashion.</li><li>Collaborates with the team to complete other duties as assigned or as needed.</li></ul>Additional Essential Job Responsibilities:<ul><li>Work Hours: Weekend Float team members:<ul><li>Works an assigned full-time schedule that includes Friday, Saturday, and Sunday hours in multiple locations</li><li>Works in multiple locations as scheduled by supervisor/lead and/or employee scheduler based on company’s highest priority</li></ul></li><li style="margin-left:8px">During a scheduled shift, employee may be pulled to a different location as needed </li><li style="margin-left:8px">Has strong communication with the house Supervisor/Coordinator regarding work schedule and needs of the home.</li></ul>Desirable Qualifications:<ul><li style="margin-left:8px">1-3 years of experience with clients with intellectual/developmental disabilities</li><li style="margin-left:8px">Interest and ability to maintain various areas of the home and/or client responsibilities</li><li style="margin-left:8px">Proven leadership skills</li></ul>Required Qualifications:<ul><li>Experience working with persons with intellectual/developmental disabilities of varying needs</li><li>Must have the ability to work in different group home settings and must be able to work a flexible schedule</li><li>Must pass Department of Human Services background check and maintain qualified status</li><li>Must not be excluded from working in government health programs by the Office of Inspector General</li><li>Must be able to successfully meet company’s physical demands job.</li><li>If using own vehicle for company business, must have a current valid driver’s license and must have insurance as required by state law.</li><li>Successful completion of Medication Administration class, regularly passes medications using correct procedure without error</li></ul>Benefits:  Full-time employees receive a comprehensive and competitive benefit package, including:<ul><li>Medical insurance with company sponsored health reimbursement account and health savings account</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Life insurance; Responsibilities:
As a Building Engineer or Operations Engineer with Hines, you will maintain basic operation and maintenance of all building equipment and systems by routinely reviewing operating conditions and established programs with Supervisor to understand and resolve any abnormal operating issues. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: <ul><li>Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on all mechanical, electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems including, but not limited to pumps, chillers, boilers, air compressors and air handling units.</li><li>Make adjustments and changes to HVAC and related equipment in order to maintain established operating criteria within the guidelines set forth by the Supervisor. </li><li>Perform general repairs, maintenance and replacement of building components including, but not limited to: building fixtures and appliances, plumbing and electrical.</li><li>Participate in the water treatment chemical programs established in the property.</li><li>Maintain operation logs and files, where appropriate, to include, but not limited to: central plant operations, chemical consumption logs and other equipment or operation inspection logs specific to the property.</li><li>Apply working knowledge and skills in HVAC distribution and controls in order to make adjustments and/or corrective actions to resolve work orders.</li><li>Provide prompt and courteous response to tenant requests within the guidelines set forth by Hines.</li><li>Maintain ethical, professional, and courteous relations with contractors and tenants.</li><li>Establish and maintain a cooperative working relationship with the entire operation staff and perform as a team member.</li><li>Demonstrate full competency in all current Hines and property emergency procedures including but not limited to:<ul><li>Assist with directing building occupants with evacuations</li><li>Assist with bomb searches</li><li>Assist with life safety system alarms</li><li>Assist emergency authorities and response teams</li></ul></li><li>Utilize fire alarm and life safety systems at assigned property and make adjustments as needed.</li><li>Adhere to all Hines and property policies and procedures and perform all duties in a safe manner and help ensure compliance with city, state and federal safety and environmental laws, codes, standards, and regulations.</li><li>Actively participate in required training activities and seminars.</li></ul>

Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements include: <ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution.</li><li>Two years commercial HVAC or related experience.</li><li>Successful completion of the Hines “Introduction to Engineering” training program.</li><li>Functional knowledge of the Engineering Assessment Guidelines and can demonstrate proficiency in the assigned area(s) of the Guidelines.</li><li>Read and use all types of testing equipment, analog digital multi-meters, pressure, and temperature indicating and recording devices, air flow measuring devices, and leak detection devices.</li><li>Knowledge and proper use of basic hand tools (i.e., socket sets, wrenches, pliers, screwdrivers, saws, and hammers, etc.).</li><li>Read and understand a variety of instructions, including equipment instruction manuals, furnished in written, oral, or schedule form.</li><li>Understand correct usage of power tools (pneumatic, electric or engine drive), drill motors, saws, grinder, and impact wrenches, etc.</li><li>Compute basic mathematical equations for equipment performance testing and building operations.</li><li>Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.</li><li>Possess sufficient computer skills to effectively administer required engineering programs.</li><li>Interact with employees, visitors and contractors with poise and diplomacy.</li><li>Maintain calm demeanor in emergency situations.</li><li>Understand and apply correct usage of all personal safety equipment.</li><li>When applicable, obtain required city and/or government licenses or permits (i.e., Boiler Operating Permit, State Maintenance Electrician’s License, EPA CFC Universal Certification Technician certificate, etc.).</li><li>Work indoors approximately 80% of the time and outdoors approximately 20% of the time.</li><li>Use olfactory, auditory, and visual senses.</li><li>Work standing all day.</li><li>Ability to lift 25 lbs. or more.</li><li>Climb up and down stairs and ladders.</li><li>Access remote work areas and confined spaces (i.e., crawl spaces, roofs).</li><li>Use full range of manual dexterity (i.e., sitting, squatting, bending, kneeling, walking, and lifting).</li><li>Meet the shift working requirements of the assigned property; shifts may include early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and some holidays.</li><li>Work overtime as business needs deem appropriate.</li><li>Compensation: $65,100 - $75,100</li></ul>
