The position is primarily responsible for providing end-of-life care and hospice services to patients in their home or community setting after regular business hours, weekends, and/or holidays.
p>Job Description Summary: An Infusion Nurse II is a licensed registered nurse who coordinates and provides intermediate direct patient care to patients in the home, or in an alternate infusion suite, to ensure patient safety with continuity and compliance under a physician's plan of care.

p>Receiving general direction from the Safety and Security Director, Supervisor or Lead Officer, incumbent shall provide a safe and secure environment for Hospital patients, visitors and employees by enforcing Hospital security regulations and by continuously watching for and the timely reporting of any and all hazards or unusual occurrences through patrol of assigned areas; furthermore the incumbent shall provide protective service and response for protection of the people and property of the Hospital; is responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operation of Department. • Patient Contact: If applicable, must demonstrate and maintain current knowledge and skills in providing appropriate care/contact for patients in the following age groups: Neonate (0 thru 30 days), Infant (31 thru 12 months), Child (13 months thru 12 years), Adolescent (13 years thru 17 years), Adult (18 years thru 65 years), Geriatric (66+ years).
li> Collaborates with Residential Educators to develop and implement educational programs and activities that enhance students' learning experiences outside the classroom; facilitates workshops, study groups, and enrichment sessions to support academic skills, career exploration, and personal development; and facilitates leadership training and extracurricular activities that encourage students to take on leadership roles and develop teamwork and organizational skills, and collaborate with teachers to align dormitory activities with students' educational goals beyond their regular curriculum. Fosters a positive and supportive dormitory environment where students feel comfortable expressing themselves and seeking help; hosts regular community meetings, provide guidance and emotional support as needed, helping students navigate challenges and build resilience; and organizes social activities and team-building exercises that promote interpersonal skills, empathy, and a sense of community among students.
