The Manager leads through influence across a matrixed organization and partners closely with branch leadership, Human Resources, Risk Management, Financial Development, Marketing, and other organizational teams. As a member of the YGS's Equity and Justice Center of Excellence (CoE), the Director of Volunteer and Community Engagement will be responsible for building organizational capacity by establishing a meaningful culture of antiracist and culturally responsive volunteer and community engagement that aligns with the organization's strategic plan.
