Incumbent maintains a working relationship with co-workers, other County departments, Commissioners, County Council, vendors, taxpayers, local, state, and federal representatives, attorneys, and the public for a variety of purposes, including exchanging information and explaining and interpreting policies and procedures. Incumbent is responsible for providing broad and general human resource support in the administration of the Human Resources Department for day-to-day operations.
