Makes available, assembles, and assists with the operation of specialized equipment such as humidification units, fiber optic endoscopic equipment, rapid infusion devices, blood warmers, patient warming devices, neuromuscular devices, infusion pumps, and syringes. Provides training and orientation to staff and new personnel for both routine and complex cases, assisting in the development of training programs and maintaining competency through departmental in-service training.
