Admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, membership to other Northeast states is a plus. 3. Minimum of 2 years of experience in insurance coverage litigation, with a focus on insurance policies, bad faith litigation, and defense of insurers. 4. Proficient in insurance law, 93A, and tort law. 5. Exceptional legal writing skills, with the ability to draft compelling legal documents. 6.
