Assist the Director Community Liaison in the planning, developing, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and directing of the social service programs of this facility as related to new admissions and the admissions process. Provision of written, electronic, or other formatted materials that provide information and education on the services, operations, and other data that contribute to an understanding of the role and function of the facility’s role as a provider of covered health care in the community.
