DSPs provide a variety of services to our residents, and duties vary from program to program, but may include (but are not limited to):Providing care giver services to our residents, including personal cares when appropriate and necessaryTeaching and maintaining independent living skillsMeal preparationProviding support with hobbies, physical fitness program, and social activitiesParticipating with the residents in their run club activities. Medication administrationOur DSP jobs are ideal for someone who has these minimum qualifications: 18 years of age or olderWillingness to do personal cares (dressing, bathing/showering, toileting) with clientsWillingness to participate in activities such as running, hiking, outdoor games, gym workouts, soccer, kickball, etc.
