Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes: Configuring, managing, and troubleshooting Voice over Internet Protocol (VOIP) unified communication systems in a virtualized environment; Configuring, managing, and troubleshooting network routers, switches, and Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) related systems; and Implementing security measures to thwart unauthorized access and cyber threats.
