Job Description: Summary: The Circulation Assistant works on a team consisting of other Circulation Assistants, many of whom are current students, Circulation Managers, and the Assistant Law Librarian to provide outstanding customer service at the Circulation Desk of a busy Law Library that primarily serves students, faculty, and staff of the Washington College of Law, but also serves alumni, members of the bar, and the public. Observes patron behavior and makes suggestions to assist the Circulation Managers to develop accurate, accessible, audience-appropriate content for library social media, webpages, digital signage, newsletters, email communications, and printed promotional materials.
