You partner closely with Information Systems, Security, Legal, Finance, and cross-functional business leaders to evaluate technology needs, identify opportunities for vendor consolidation, and ensure purchasing decisions align with organizational priorities, technical requirements, and long-term technology strategy. Cultivate strategic relationships with key technology vendors and internal stakeholders, lead vendor business reviews, monitor service-level agreements (SLAs), and drive accountability for product performance, service delivery, and continuous improvement.
