Manages the project life cycle of initiating, planning, executing, controlling and closing of software, hardware, network, application upgrades, new construction, expansion and other IT department projects. Develops projects plans and communicates progress along the project life cycle including but not limited to monitoring scope, potential issues and risks schedule, budget, procurement, and authorization plans.
