 Work Shift 
 T he Registered Nurse (RN) is a professional registered nurse responsible for the nursing care of a defined patient population. Care is provided through the use of the nursing process and in a manner that is cost effective while maintaining quality of care and optimal patient outcomes. The RN performs assessments, planning, and implementation of nursing interventions and evaluates the effectiveness of care. The RN participates in unit based and organizational quality improvement initiatives, meets continuing education requirements, participates in student/new employee orientations/teaching activities, upholds Patient Care Services philosophy and objectives, demonstrates professional growth and development through involvement in professional organizations, reviews professional literature and participates in continuing education programs. 
 Graduate from an accredited/approved school of nursing and 2 years or more of experience in RN experience in related area (floor or critical care). ACLS, PALS, or NRP (only in select units/departments) must be obtained within 6 months of hire. Current Registered Nursing License (Georgia) or qualifying multi-state compact license. 
 Bachelor's of Nursing. Every other weekend and two minor and one major holiday

After-Hours Hospice RNs are salaried full-time positions to cover on call after hours from 5pm on Friday to 8am Monday morning. Qualifications:

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSInteracts with crew members and customers using “Tropitude” (Tropitude is our “mojo” and what makesTropical Smoothie Café fun and different and means having energy and creating a positive atmosphere).Delivers ‘Unparalleled Hospitality’ to each customer that visits our cafe.Knowledgeable and proficient in each position within the cafe.Successfully completed the Café Basics Training Program and Certified Trainer Program.Ensures each station is operating to Tropical Smoothie Cafe’s standards.Trains and coaches crew members during each shift to ensure brand standards are upheld.Uses tools to accomplish goals, manage labor and control inventory.Performs any additional tasks necessary to run the cafe.
