Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Responsible for assisting in the delivery of resident care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation</li><li>Review resident medical records to ensure nursing practice provided is within State and Federal guidelines</li><li>Review all referrals for consultation, treatment or resolution of problems are valid and applicable to the documented nurse plans</li><li>Evaluate and monitor resident responses to daily implementation of nursing care to ensure the provision of resident care plans are met</li><li>Implement physician’s orders, nursing interventions and procedures as needed for the care of the resident</li><li>Seeks opportunities for professional growth and expansion of responsibilities to maintain competency levels</li><li>Set and implement goals and policies consistent with the philosophy and purpose of FutureCare’s nursing facility</li></ul>

Qualifications:
