Work Schedule • Work every weekend (Friday - Sunday) • Friday: 3:00 PM - 7:00 PM • Saturday & Sunday: 5:00 AM - 1:00 PM or 3:00 PM - 7:00 PM "A day in the life of a Weekend Merchandiser looks like:" • Stocking GPC beverages at assigned customer accounts by refilling product on shelves, end caps, displays, and coolers to ensure GPC's beverages are well represented. • Set up and maintain product displays to meet GPC's merchandising standards • Rotating product utilizing the first- in, first out (FIFO) method. • Represent GPC by building strong relationships with store staff and customers • Provide excellent customer service at all times. Cleanliness and Sanitation:</h3><ul><li>Keep the dining area, kitchen, and prep areas clean, organized, and sanitized throughout your shift.</li><li>Regularly clean and disinfect surfaces, equipment, and restrooms to maintain a clean and safe environment.</li><li>Follow all health and safety guidelines, including proper handwashing, food handling, and cleaning procedures.</li></ul><h3>4. Cash Handling and Register:</h3><ul><li>Operate the cash register and process customer payments accurately.</li><li>Provide change, issue receipts, and assist with any other payment-related tasks.</li><li>Maintain a balanced cash drawer by following cash handling procedures.</li></ul><h3>5. Inventory and Stocking:</h3><ul><li>Assist in maintaining inventory levels, ensuring food supplies are stocked and readily available.</li><li>Notify management when stock is running low or when supplies need to be reordered.</li><li>Help with receiving and organizing deliveries, checking quality, and ensuring proper storage of products.</li></ul><h3>6. Teamwork and Collaboration:</h3><ul><li>Work cooperatively with other team members to ensure a smooth workflow during shifts.</li><li>Assist with opening and closing duties, including setting up or closing the café, cleaning, and restocking supplies.</li><li>Communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.</li></ul><h3>7.
