You’ll play a key role in creating an exceptional client experience while helping people feel their best. Schedule: Weekend availability required (Saturday and/or Sunday shifts) Perks & Benefits:<ul><li>$16/hour</li><li>Bonuses based on monthly conversion performance</li><li>FREE Monthly Massage or Facial at the studio</li><li>Commission opportunities on Wellness Program sales (earn up to $300+ monthly in bonuses!)</li></ul>What You’ll Do:<ul><li>Follow our proven sales process to promote and sell the Elements Massage Wellness Program</li><li>Build relationships with clients to encourage membership loyalty</li><li>Listen carefully to client needs and create memorable experiences</li><li>Turn client concerns into opportunities to deliver outstanding service</li><li>Support studio operations with professionalism and reliability</li></ul>Who You Are:<ul><li>Dependable, self-motivated, and ready to work weekends</li><li>Outgoing, positive, and passionate about helping others</li><li>Strong communicator who loves listening as much as talking</li><li>Team player who thrives in a fun, fast-paced, spa-like environment</li><li>Detail-oriented with strong follow-through</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>Retail or membership-based sales experience (gym, salon, spa, etc.)</li><li>Customer service experience in wellness, hospitality, or similar settings</li><li>Comfortable with computers, phones, scheduling, and POS systems</li></ul>Join a workplace where we make a difference every day — while enjoying a free monthly massage or facial.
