Maintains building interior by dusting and polishing furniture, equipment, mirrors, and fixtures; washing windows, counters, walls, ceilings, and woodwork; sweeping, scrubbing, and waxing floors; cleaning overhead piping and all bakery equipment; replenishing restrooms; and bagging scrap materials for pick-up. Safely maintains sanitary equipment by using necessary lockout/tagout procedures before cleaning; following manufacturer’s instructions when taking the machines apart; cleaning with air hose or other tools; putting machine back together correctly; and removing safety lock.
