As a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN), you will: Provide direct nursing care in accordance with care plans and regulations Administer medications and treatments as ordered Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary team Accurately document care and resident status Respond effectively in urgent or high-pressure situations Promote a respectful, compassionate, and resident-focused environment. Active California LVN license (required) Skilled nursing or post-acute care experience preferred (not required) Strong communication and teamwork skills Reliable, organized, and compassionate approach to care Ability to work weekend shifts consistently.
