Food Service Director HOURS: Part time - Evenings and weekends POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for preforming a variety of duties in the Dietary Department to insure the area is kept clean and all services are accomplished in a customer friendly environment. Working on tray line, setting up the trays with utensils, napkins, condiments, read and call out the diet cards, some bending over for tray and lifting up to 10 pounds.
