High school diploma or GED AND at least 2 years of experience in security, emergency services, military service, loss prevention, customer service, business administration, or related field OR Associate’s degree in a related field and at least 1 year of related experience AND/OR Demonstration of the following skills and abilities through education, certifications, military, or other experiences. Act as a team lead for junior security personnel assigned to a shift, function, and/or facility by coordinating daily operational tasks, prioritizing activities, and ensuring critical information is communicated effectively; assist the manager by providing input related to staffing coverage needs.
