High school diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 3 years of Gallo Security experience to include 1 year of personal protection experience such as ranch post duty, lobby duty, executive driver duty, or other special personal protection duties; OR High school diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 3 years of sworn law enforcement experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR High School diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 5 years combined experience in a sworn law enforcement position, military and security reflecting increasing levels of responsibility. Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by multiple factors, including, but not limited to, education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
