Qualifications, Education, and Experience:Preferred Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in a related field (education, mentoring, social work, etc.).Four or more years of experience in leadership, supervision, or a related field is considered beneficial. Instructors ensure cadet growth within a safe and supportive environment by instructing, counseling, evaluating, and reporting on cadet performance, as well as maintaining operational and procedural uniformity throughout the barracks and campus.
