The Packer will have job rotations within their shift that may include manual packaging, sealing product, organizing product into boxes, and putting product on pallets, and operating pallet jacks to move/transport finished product or raw materials to other locations. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (SQF, GMP, HACCP, OSHA) and company policies and training related to food safety, sanitation, and environmental regulations (e.g., HACCP, Food Safety, GMP's, Food Fraud/Defense, Allergens, Organic, Gluten Free).
