You will act as the primary maintenance contact for an assigned area of approximately 80 properties , working closely with the home office team, vendors, and occasionally visiting properties for quality control inspections. This role is primarily desk-based and involves problem-solving with guests over phone, text, and email, dispatching contractors, managing work orders, and following issues through to resolution.
