What you will be doing: Responsible for order fulfillment of Gift Cards, Movie Tickets, Concession Packages, Student Motivation Passes, Merchandise, Passport Vouchers and more; Processes, monitors, and facilitates all orders through the entire order fulfillment process using multiple programs; Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and shared inboxes with a high level of service; Responsible for managing multiple Shared Email inboxes and phone lines; Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve order issues, including missing, damaged, or potentially fraudulent transactions in collaboration with internal teams (Accounting, Security, etc.); Partner closely with the Guest Service team to support customer needs and provide backup coverage; Assist with the fundraising ticket sales program.
