This is an inside retail sales role focused on customer engagement, product education, and closing sales.</p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Greet and proactively engage customers in a busy retail sales environment </li><li>Identify customer needs through consultative selling and active listening </li><li> Educate customers on AT&T wireless products, devices, plans, and services </li><li>Drive retail sales performance by meeting and exceeding sales goals </li><li>Process transactions, activate service plans, and complete sales accurately </li><li> Maintain strong product knowledge to confidently recommend solutions </li><li> Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale </li><li>Maintain visual merchandising standards and brand compliance </li><li>Work collaboratively with team members to maximize store sales performance</li></ul><h3>Retail Sales Associate Qualifications</h3><ul><li> High School Diploma or GED (Required) </li><li> 1+ year of retail sales, customer service, or face-to-face sales experience (Preferred) </li><li> At least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S. </li><li> Strong communication and interpersonal skills </li><li> Comfortable working in a high-traffic retail sales environment </li><li> Ability to perform essential job functions, including standing and walking for the duration of an 8+ hour shift</li><li> Goal-oriented with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets </li><li> Basic technology proficiency (POS systems, mobile devices, tablets) </li><li> Flexible schedule availability, including weekends as needed</li></ul><p/><p>New to retail sales?
