Key Responsibilities • Meet with homeowners to evaluate plumbing needs and recommend appropriate repair or replacement solutions • Present multiple pricing options using Straight-Forward Flat-Rate Pricing • Close sales while maintaining customer trust and satisfaction • Follow up on open estimates and unsold opportunities • Perform visual inspections and basic diagnostics training provided if needed • Accurately prepare estimates for Water heaters, tank & tankless Repipes, Sewer and drain repairs, Fixture replacements, Leak repairs, and system upgrades • Work closely with service technicians and the operations team to ensure job readiness • Enter estimates, notes, and photos into ServiceTitan • Maintain accurate customer records and job documentation • Maintain a clean professional appearance and represent the brand positively. Qualifications & Experience 2 years of plumbing sales experience required Strong communication and closing skills Customer-first mindset with high integrity Valid drivers license and clean driving record Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed Plumbing industry experience, service estimating, or sales.
