The function of this position is opening, closing, and securing the facility, assist customers, facilitating Fast Pass related endeavors, assuring that the store and area surrounding are clean and organized, and managing the alarm system upon exit. The position holds the responsiblilty for monitoring Ever Shine’s store level operation performance and the day-to-day supervision of store associates including assigning work, training, coaching, and developing associates.
