The Dean establishes the strategic direction of the College; develops its faculty and academic leadership; ensures the quality, relevance, and sustainability of its academic portfolio; allocates resources; advances enrollment and student success; strengthens external relationships - especially those connected to serving the schools and churches of the Lutheran Church Missouri Synod; and represents the College within the University and to external constituencies.
