PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Event Security & Support: Assist with traffic, security, crowd control, access points, and overall safety at special events that occur within the Birmingham city limits (e.g., sporting and athletic events, concerts, festivals, parades, and other large events. These part-time positions will primarily focus on providing police services for special events within the City of Birmingham, including but not limited to athletic events, concerts, festivals, and other large community-engagement events/activities.
