The Front Desk and Building Monitor positions are responsible for managing building access, answering the switchboard, monitoring security cameras, greeting the public and program participants while maintaining a safe and welcoming environment. We offer hands-on help to address chronic homelessness, mental health, substance abuse, disability, and systematic poverty by offering innovative solutions and proactive services to the most vulnerable in Schenectady County.
