Provides carpentry work associated with all campus buildings including residential life complexes in minor repairs of; drywall, plaster, roofing, doors, ceiling grid/tile and floor surfaces; repairing windows, store front trim, minor painting, staining building fixtures. The employee is occasionally required to work at certain heights and be able to climb extension ladders and work while balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or moving within confined areas including equipment, crawl and attic spaces; and talk or hear including the use of a telephone and 2-way radio.
