Examples of specialized experience include: Extensive knowledge of the full range of traffic management operations, systems, policies, practices, instructions, procedures, techniques; to include knowledge of passenger travel, freight/cargo movements, personal property movement, personal property entitlements, carrier industry practices, international, state, and local laws, and operations for shipping and storage within the traffic management function; Knowledge of preparation, packing, storage and US and foreign customs import/export requirements for freight/cargo (including hazardous material) that involve air, motor, and water movements; Knowledge of quality assurance and inspection principles, practices, procedures, sampling techniques and policy. EDUCATION: 4-year course of study leading to a bachelors degree with a major study in accounting, business administration, business or commercial law, commerce, economics, engineering, finance, industrial management, statistics, traffic management, transportation, motor mechanics, or other fields related to the position.
