Duties and Responsibilities: Direct and oversee daily transportation operations supporting the depot and Road to ensure the safe, reliable, efficient, and customer-focused delivery of bus service; manage service performance, schedule adherence, staffing, crew assignments, resource allocation, and the deployment of supervisory personnel to address operational challenges, service disruptions, emergencies, traffic conditions, detours, and special events. Coordinate with the Command Center, Maintenance, and other operating and support divisions to ensure operational readiness and continuity of service; conduct operational reviews, field observations, investigations, and performance analyses related to safety, service delivery, customer concerns, accidents, employee performance, and compliance with agency policies and collective bargaining agreements, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
