Job Requirements•Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field required•7-10 years of proven experience in mechanical design within the elevator industry preferred.•Proven leadership experience, with a track record of successfully managing and developing engineering teams•Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and other relevant engineering tools.•Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering principles, materials, and manufacturing processes.•Familiarity with simulation and analysis tools for stress, thermal, and tolerance analysis.•Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.•Effective communication and interpersonal abilities for team collaboration and client interaction.•Experience with project management, from concept to completion, is a plus.
