Job Title: Senior TIG/MIG Welder Position Summary: Join a growing Somerset County, NJ manufacturer known for producing high-quality custom sheet metal, tubing, and wire fabrication solutions. We are seeking an experienced Senior TIG/MIG Welder to join a dynamic manufacturing team. This role is responsible for welding and fabricating metal components according to engineering specifications while supporting production quality and efficiency goals. Key Duties & Responsibilities: *	Perform TIG and MIG welding of metal components according to blueprints and specifications. *	Inspect materials and completed work to ensure quality and accuracy standards are met. *	Set up, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot welding equipment and related hand tools. *	Support production needs by completing repetitive production work and maintaining a clean work area. Required Skills & Experience: *	Minimum 5 years of TIG and MIG welding experience and 3+ years in a manufacturing environment. *	Ability to read blueprints, engineering drawings, weld symbols, and accurately measure parts. *	High School Diploma or equivalent required. *	Ability to work independently and collaboratively while meeting productivity and deadline expectations; must be able to lift up to 25 lbs. regularly and up to 50+ lbs. occasionally. Preferred Skills & Experience: *	Experience with metal shop production, aluminum and stainless-steel welding, and Miller Welding Robots. *	Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Word and Outlook. Compensation & Benefits: $22-$28/hour plus a comprehensive benefits package. Welder Our client located in Ocean County, NJ is looking for an experienced Welder to join their team.
