About the Role: Join TALLULAH HARDWOOD PRODUCTS LLC as a Welder/Fabricator/Maintenance professional, where your skills will play a vital role in our commitment to quality hardwood products.  This role involves fabricating, welding, and assembling metal components. The ideal candidate will have experience working in manufacturing environments, with proficiency in welding.  This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment that values our team.   The job can be flexible as either part time or full time depending on the skills and needs of the applicant and sawmill.  Duties: <ul><li>Repair sawmill operations as needed</li><li>Fabricate shields for motors and pinch points</li><li>Modify existing equipment to new customer requirements</li><li>Install replacement equipment as necessary</li></ul>Experience: <ul><li>Proven work in manufacturing environments preferred.</li><li>Demonstrated proficiency stick welding, gas cutting, plasma cutting, and welding techniques.</li><li>Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and rigging operations.</li><li>Mechanical knowledge related to fabrication processes including machining and assembly.</li><li>Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to fabrication tasks.</li><li>This role is essential for producing high-quality metal components that meet strict safety and quality standards.  The successful candidate will be detail-oriented with strong technical skills and a commitment to safety excellence.</li></ul>Pay expectations and whether desiring full time or part must be mentioned in your application.
