<h5>Welder </h5>Our Cedar Falls, Iowa manufacturing client is looking to hire a welder for their first shift operations. This is a first shift position and pay is commensurate with experience. Subject to a drug screening and background check. <h5>Key Qualifications & Requirements: </h5><ul><li>1+ years of experience in welding in a manufacturing environment. </li><li>Ability to read blueprints. </li><li>Proficient in measuring and calculating fractions, decimals. </li><li>Must be able to utilize various measurement tools including but not limited to square, angle square, calipers, tape measure. </li><li>Use of wrenches, air tools, hand held grinders, overhead cranes, steel handling and </li></ul><h5>Responsibilities: </h5><ul><li>Welder for large and small weldments. </li><li>Must be able to layout parts and fabricate as needed, read prints. </li><li>Must be able to pass a weld test. </li><li>Must be able to produce all parts as per blueprint requirements in a timely manner to meet production schedule. </li><li>Must be able to keep work area clean and organized. </li></ul>
