Our client is a busy custom job shop — not production line work. Projects vary and include industrial equipment, repairs, custom fabrication, structural work, and specialty projects for customers across multiple industries. We are seeking a skilled Welder/Fabricator with strong fabrication and welding experience to join their team.</div><div> </div><div>Qualifications:</div><ul><li>MIG welding experience required; TIG welding experience preferred</li><li>Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings and specifications</li><li>Experience working with ferrous and non-ferrous metals including aluminum, stainless steel, and mild steel</li><li>Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail</li><li>Experience using measuring tools and fabrication equipment</li><li>Dependable, motivated, and quality-focused</li><li>Valid driver’s license required</li></ul><div>Key Responsibilities:</div><ul><li>Perform MIG and TIG welding on aluminum, stainless steel, and mild steel</li><li>Fabricate parts and assemblies from shop drawings and specifications</li><li>Measure, cut, fit, grind, and assemble materials</li><li>Operate fabrication equipment including saws, shear, brake, and ironworker</li><li>Fabricate, repair, and modify industrial equipment and components</li><li>Inspect completed work to ensure quality and accuracy to specifications</li><li>Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace</li><li>Comply with applicable safety standards and regulations</li><li>Perform other related duties as assigned</li></ul><div>Schedule:</div><ul><li>Monday-Thursday 6am-4:30pm, Fridays 6am-3:30pm</li></ul><div>Pay:</div><ul><li>$20-$30/hour based on experience</li></ul><div>#ISS </div>

We are currently seeking experienced Pipe Welders in the Martinsburg, VA area for a heavy industrial contractor that works within refineries, manufacturing, waste water treatment plants, etc. Work involves butt weld and socket weld of stainless-steel process piping (SCH 10, SCH 40, SCH 80 wall thickness).

Combo Welders- TIG and STICK Martinsburg, VA Area  
We are currently seeking experienced Pipe Welders in the Martinsburg, VA area for a heavy industrial contractor that works within refineries, manufacturing, waste water treatment plants, etc. Candidates must be familiar with stainless steel and TIG and STICK welding for pressurized piping systems. Projects will be between Front Royal, VA to Hagerstown, MD.  Responsibilities: <ul><li>The ability to pass an ASME 6G 6 " Carbon Steel SMAW Pipe Test is a plus. </li><li>Work involves butt weld and socket weld of stainless-steel process piping (SCH 10, SCH 40, SCH 80 wall thickness). Socket Weld up to 2 " diameter. Butt-weld up to 8 " diameter. Welding will be performed in various positions, at various heights. Some welding work will be performed out of man lifts and/or scissor lifts. </li><li>Ability to set up the welding rig to your preferences, based on the environment and material being welded. </li><li>Work will take place in a variety of industrial manufacturing facilities. </li></ul> Requirements:<ul><li>Flexibility to travel between projects on a daily and/or weekly basis. </li><li>Driver's License and have reliable transportation to and from the jobsite within the DMV area. </li><li>Willing to work at least 40 hours per week (Mon – Thu on a (4) 10's schedule), with the flexibility to work overtime as required. Some night shift may be required, which is dependent on client needs.</li></ul> Experience:<ul><li>2-5 Years previous construction experience, preferably as a Mechanical Contractor or Prime Contractor in an industrial environment. </li><li>Understanding of plans, specifications, P&IDs, and ISOs. </li><li>Self-Starter – Ability to work alone on a project, and as part of a team. </li><li>Effective verbal communication skills. </li></ul>This role is offering an hourly wage of $26.00 to $35.00 per hour w/ PTO, medical and dental insurance, 401(k) plan, and 8 paid federal holidays.
