What You'll Do: In this role, you will support the marketing activities of agents, provide training and troubleshooting on marketing systems and tools, including CRM, Marketing Toolkit, social media, agent websites, etc., provide ideas, guidance and support for local marketing activities and educate on best practices and guidelines. Through monthly coaching calls and ad-hoc requests, support agents and their staff to plan marketing activities, answer marketing program and system questions, and provide up-to-date information on programs, initiatives, campaigns, and contests.
