Knowledge of adult learning theory and evidence-based educational methodologies, with the ability to design and deliver engaging, learner-centered education tailored to diverse clinical roles, experience levels, and learning styles. The RN Educator is responsible for the development, coordination, and delivery of educational programs for nursing and clinical staff across the district (e.g., medical assistants, LPNs, RNs, etc.) to ensure clinical competency, regulatory compliance, and excellence in patient care.
