Located at 888 Post Street, the TAY HWC is a 24/7 drop-in center focused on serving homeless and disenfranchised TAY ages 18-27 seeking respite and safety and supportive services to achieve stability in the 10 life domains: food security, shelter and housing, essential life skills, primary care, community mental health, substance use support, community building, education and training, employment and economic mobility, etc. SUMMARYThe Transition-Aged Youth (TAY) Health and Wellness Center (HWC) Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operational needs of the TAY HWC, ensuring the completion of all program objectives, adherence to organization and contract regulations, policies, and procedures, and the safety and cleanliness of the Center and its surrounding external area at all times.
