Responsible for onsite construction administration aspects of complex small to medium projects or large routine projects related to civil infrastructure such as roads, bridges, class 1 railroad projects, and facilities projects related to buildings, water/wastewater facilities, pump stations, and pipelines. Perform additional construction management activities, including development procurement - construction schedules, construction subcontract scopes, review of subcontract terms and conditions, performance of constructability and value engineering reviews, construction estimating and schedule reviews, and project construction performance presentations.
