Work is routinely performed on active construction and industrial jobsites with exposure to extreme heat and cold, noise, vibration, dust, fumes, oils, elevated work areas, uneven surfaces, floor openings, construction debris, and other jobsite hazards. The position is responsible for coordinating manpower, materials, equipment, subcontractors, and work activities while maintaining strong communication with Project Managers, General Contractors, customers, vendors, inspectors, and other project stakeholders.
